Statement

​

             I construct paintings made of  objects which substitutes for traditional  paints, and have done so for some time now ,  but I ask myself, what do I paint next ?The constructed is easily rendered in and related to the idea of a block, specifically a building block. However these constructs also represent the idea of a painters blocks similar to the idea of writers block but build into a three dimensional form and made specifically of objects that I consider to be pigment/paints. The objects themselves  have prior been the building blocks of my painting practice and will continue to do so.
